The Need to Amend the Time Off For Good Behavior Statute

The early release of Michael Woodmansee, the man convicted of the murder of five-year old Jason Foreman and the attempted murder of Dale Sherman, from prison 12 years earlier than the originally imposed sentence, has put a spotlight on the state’s good behavior statute.
